Sleeping is designed for the upmarket adventurer — a mezzanine loft with two configurable sides — each set as a king or twin — a private master suite, and a self-contained cabin. The property sits within a wildlife sanctuary — kangaroos roam the lawns freely, a particularly special experience for international visitors.

Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings for The Hill of Peace, Jamberoo NSW. Please read carefully. By confirming your booking you agree to these terms.
This property operates as registered Short-Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) under NSW planning laws and the NSW STRA Code of Conduct.
Purpose of Stay
The premises is provided for accommodation purposes only. It is not a venue for hire or events unless an event-specific booking has been negotiated and agreed in writing prior to arrival.
Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is as advertised (8 guests). Exceeding the stated occupancy limit without prior written permission may result in additional charges, bond deduction, or immediate termination of the booking.
Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior notice. No more than the original booked number of guests may be present at any time. Failure to disclose additional guests may attract a bond deduction. Neighbours and the surrounding community have equal right to peaceful enjoyment of their environment.

Flexible check-in/check-out is offered where possible — please arrange details in advance. Entry is via key lockbox; details provided on booking confirmation.
Keys
Additional key sets are provided with a return protocol to avoid losses. Lost keys: $110–$250 plus replacement costs.
Pets
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. A pet fee of $100 applies to cover cleaning and toileting. No pets are permitted inside the property at any time.
Smoking
All HAUS properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly. Smoking-related cleaning will be charged against the security deposit.
Rubbish & Recycling
Please follow all waste and recycling guidelines for the area. Excess rubbish removal will incur a charge. Green bin: kitchen scraps, garden waste and organics. Yellow bin: recycling.
Cancellation Policy
We are fair and reasonable — and we hope our guests are too. Our strong preference in all cases is to reschedule your stay rather than cancel. If your plans change, please contact us as early as possible.
Where cancellation cannot be avoided, we will work with you to determine the most fair and reasonable outcome based on the circumstances.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be reviewed individually. A rescheduling credit is always offered first.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: the property will be returned to market immediately. If the dates are successfully rebooked, a refund (less any unrecoverable costs) will be issued. If the dates cannot be rebooked, the guest remains liable for the full booking value. We will always make every effort to rebook before seeking any redress.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required by bank transfer prior to arrival. It will be refunded to the account provided the same or next business day after departure, subject to the property being found in good condition.
Damages
Please report any breakages or damage immediately by phone or email. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Management will arrange tradespeople as required. Do not attempt to repair items yourself.
Guest Behaviour & Noise
Guests must not create a nuisance to adjoining properties or congregate outdoors in a manner that affects neighbours. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Guests in breach of these conditions may be evicted without refund — bond forfeiture, additional charges, and police involvement may result.
NSW STRA Code of Conduct
This property is registered on the NSW Planning Portal STRA Register. All guests are subject to the NSW STRA Code of Conduct. Guests who breach the Code of Conduct may be placed on the STRA Exclusion Register, which prevents future booking at all registered STRA properties in NSW.
